While cruising Pinterest, I saw a print that made me smile and would be a perfect addition in my dining room.
this link (love that Pinterest takes you straight to the source!) and got the print from Etsy. Once it arrived, I put it in a Target frame and hung on the wall.
Since we are huge music lovers, the play on words is perfect for us.
Once this was hung, the other side of the doorway looked bare. I decided to make the ever-popular moss wreath to bring some more green in the room. I didn't have any sources nearby to gather real moss, so I looked all over for faux moss. Joann's had a bag for $14.99 but I thought that seemed high for fake dead moss. I checked the dollar store and Hobby Lobby to no avail. I finally happened to see some at WalMart...for $3.99. Perfect.
I had already purchased a straw wreath form from Hobby Lobby at 50% off, so under $2.
If you plan on making this wreath be warned that it is m.e.s.s.y. I put down a trash bag, (newspaper would work too) which I highly recommend.
Then, I used a hot glue gun to attach to the wreath form. Super easy and quick. The whole wreath was done in about 10 minutes.
I superglued a hanger on the back and hung it on the wall.
